Limousine Services Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing Hanoi Limousine Service. If you have
already received a confirmation message, please review your
travel information for accuracy.
Rate Estimate
The rate presented to you prior to your trip is an initial
estimate of the cost of service as reserved. Wait time or
additional services may change your rate.
Additional Charges
Our rate includes tolls and parking. Phone usage and other
charges that cannot be calculated prior to service are not
included in the estimate.
Cancellation and Changes
To change or cancel a reservation, please send an email to
res@hanoi-limousine.com or call + 1-415-651-4601.
Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours in advance.
A charge will apply for a late cancellation. Please retain
your cancellation number.
If you experience difficulty locating your chauffeur, please
call the telephone number listed on your confirmation
message next to your reservation number. Leaving your
pick-up location without notifying us may result in a
"no-show" charge.
Private Aviation Services Terms and Conditions
Aircraft chartered may only be used for the carriage of
manifested passengers and cargo.
Upon confirmation clients will be required to make a 50%
deposit to book private aviation services. Balance of 50%
payment is required at least 72 hours prior to departure.
Cancellation within 7 days are subject to a 5%
administrative charge. Cancellations made less than 72 hours
prior to departure may be subject to additional charges
depending on the type of aircraft and itinerary.
Clients are required to furnish the following:
- The names and passport numbers of all passengers
- Details of cargo to be carried
- Nature of flight or invitation
Our proposal will generally cover the following, as
required:
- Estimated flight hours and cost.
- Ground handling, customs immigration and health clearance.
- Clearances and landing permits, over-flight, air
navigation charges, landing and parking fees.
- Crew accommodations
- Catering, baggage handling and other ground services.
Please note that flight hours may vary due to diversions
caused by weather or air traffic control delays. The
chatterer will be billed for actual flight hours.
Your use of our services indicates your acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions.
